"I was a client of this office after my agent Mark retired and I was placed with Mitch. I have never had issues until I had a car accident recently and didn’t hear anything from this office. Not an email not a phone call even to ask if I was okay as I understand the claims department is the one the handle. Mark would have called me to check on me and Infact did when I got in a little fender bender in my teens. Because I wish to not just be an account number and actually have someone i feel has my back , I have initiated a change in agent.
